Central City Tower

Central City Tower

The interiors of the building, originally designed in the "Luzhkov Empire" style, did not correspond to the current trends and sentiments of the new generation of tenants. Therefore, the owner of the business center wanted to change the design of public areas, to make them more modern and memorable. At the same time, the task was to carry out the renovation as soon as possible without dismantlement.

To bring more dynamics into the strict and symmetrical layout of the entrance lobby, the architects relocated the reception desk. It was also decided to give part of the area of the entrance group in favor of the adjoining rented premises, separating it with a glass partition. This solution made it possible to visually preserve the volume of the entrance group.
