Tinkoff bank

The headquarters of Tinkoff Bank are located in the business centre “Vodny”. This space is intended to become a platform for creative production and effective functioning of the company.

The architects were tasked with creating a wide ranging office that would meet the bank's innovative business approach.

The office is divided into three main functional areas: a workspace for employees, a VIP area where the owner's office is located, and a fitness center.

The workspace is an open plan supplemented by a set of personal offices and meeting rooms; also on all floors it includes a meeting space in the form of half-open cells with sofas and tables for collaboration.
