Raiffeisenbank

Project affected the entire floor in the Raiffeisen Bank building at Smolenskaya Sennaya 28 and became an analogue for the further renovation of all other office floors of the building.

As a pilot project, the attic floor was chosen to accommodate departments working with corporate clients, which determined the functional zoning, including the presence of a large guest area and the allocation of additional meeting rooms for communicating with clients.

New for the bank was the creation of a large number of diverse spaces for informal communication, solitary work, a small corporate coworking zone.
