Financial and Industrial Group of Perm is one of the largest regional investment holdings. The main industry interests of the PFI-Group are servicing companies in the fuel and energy market, commercial real estate, the stock market, insurance and banking business, and the telecommunications market.
Despite the general trend of office space transparency, there is always a set of premises in it that should be hidden behind blank walls. To minimize the visual loss from the presence of these rooms, the authors of the project enclosed them in a central core, similar in plan to an ellipse. The round shape allows the gaze not to rest against the wall, but to slide along its surface, until reaching the view's perspective. The form of the office twists around all the paths of movement, allowing a visitor to move "towards the light".
